Gumball GIFT JARS

Seriously, how CUTE is this candy jar?

These gumball machine candy jars were a big thing in the dollar section at Target last year and absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to find. Naturally, when I came across a selection of them at Hobby Lobby, I couldn’t pass it up.

I’m sharing because it makes a GREAT gift & I’m ALL ABOUT little reasons to say I love you :) 

Keep reading for some of my sweet little ideas on how to fill them!

I went with the pretty light pink knowing it was going to be a gift from my girls to my mom on Mother’s Day. She is a pretty awesome grandma :)

I did add a cute bow to give it a little extra!

What do you put INSIDE?!

CANDY or COOKIES: Okay, gumballs and candy are the obvious choice because I mean, it IS a candy jar! Walk through the candy isle at your local grocery store and choose some favorites. 

If you’re a baker, some yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies would be the perfect treat to put inside.

The base is hollow so there’s plenty of room for a lot of sweet treats.

GIFT CARDS: Who doesn’t love a gift card?! I’ve spent quite a few years in education and trust me when I say, the best gift you can give a teacher is a gift card. The jar is the perfect size to fit one or more. Fill the empty space with some colorful pompoms (great job for the kids!) & you have one stinking cute teacher gift :)
