Bunny BASKETS of B’s

Our Easter Bunny keeps things simple.

I love simple.

With ALL the gift ideas and only a tiny basket to put everything in, simplicity really is key.

We’re sticking with the basic “B’s” in our baskets again this year.

Need some ideas?

I’m sharing my guide to basket shopping & the 5 things our Bunny is filling my kids baskets with this year!

Some items are linked if you just love them that much ;)

1. Books

Books are a great option for all kids no matter the age. Board books, novels, puzzle books, coloring books or even comic books are all easy options for the basket. You can’t go wrong here.

I came across these Electronic Me Readers at Target and fell in love with them. The set comes with 8 hardcover picture books and a small electronic pad that reads the books out loud. The buttons on the pad match the book so kids are able to choose the book they want to follow along with.

You can find different characters featured in each set too. I love the interactive features of them! I can see these being a huge hit for car rides and trips!

2. Bathing Suits

Spring is the perfect time to prep for the warm pool weather that’s around the corner. I can’t stand when we plan a trip to the pool and I find out that the kids bathing suits are TOO SMALL. I have learned to get ahead of it and grab them NOW!

Stores are usually promoting them around this time of year too so I typically find them on sale!

My kids love finding these in their baskets because that means a trip to the pool is in the near future!

3. Bubbles, Bath Toys & Bouncy Balls

All of these things are GREAT ideas for littles. I usually choose 1 of these fun toys to include every year. They’re just little, inexpensive things they can have fun with. You can usually find them anywhere this time of the year in cute spring themes making this one an easy grab for the basket. Pick one or go for all 3!

This year I found some pretty awesome bubble guns featuring their favorite characters. They light up, play music, & blow bubbles. Seriously, what kid wouldn’t love this?!

4. Big, Bold, & Bright

Think of this one as the BEST gift in the basket. I always choose 1 thing to include that really stands out. This one is usually something that my kids really had their eye on, have been saving up their money for, or will REALLY make them smile.

This year I got them each a doll carrier backpack to hold all of the many baby doll necessities we need when we go places. They love packing their favorite toys to bring along. This seemed like the perfect surprise.

5. Beans (the JELLY kind😉)

It isn’t Easter without a little candy! JELLY BEANS are an Easter staple in our house. I always fill up some plastic eggs and add them to the basket with the other goodies. Chocolates, jelly beans, fruit snacks, cookies or other sweet treats are always a nice addition.
